Frequently Asked Questions

What is your Return Policy?

We want to ensure your experience with Teddys is seamless and exceptional. Please take note of our returns policy:

Return Request Timeframe:

Please submit return requests within seven calendar days of delivery. All products must be in like-new, resalable condition and must include all original packaging, protective materials and accessories. Requests made outside this window will not be eligible.

International Sales (Outside of the US):

International sales are considered final. However, please email us and we accommodate an exchange.

What is the Warranty Policy?

If your product is declared defective by our team and falls within our one-year warranty window, we offer the following options:

  1. Teddys may send you the same product, subject to availability; or, we may offer an exchange for another item of equal or greater value, with the original purchase price applied toward the new item.

    OR
  2. If the product is deemed defective within the original return window and guidelines, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

An original receipt is required for all replacement or repair requests.

Please note that our warranty does not cover scratched lenses due to normal wear and tear or damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or alterations. Items damaged through wear and tear are not considered defective.

If you think your frame has a defect, please reach out.

Can I exchange for another color or style?

Because each of our frames is made in limited quantities, we’re not able to offer exchanges for different colors or styles. If your frame is unused and still within our return window, you’re welcome to return it and place a new order—if the one you want is still available.

How do I start a return?

To begin your return, please complete an inquiry through our contact page.

Can I replace the lenses with my prescription?

Yes! Our frames come with CR39 4-base lenses, which are compatible with most prescriptions. You can take them to your local optometrist to have the lenses swapped out for custom prescription or tinted lenses.
